Once you have secured your place at one of our branch campuses, we will help you to prepare for your arrival in the UK and your enrolment and induction.

When you arrive

Depending on the date of your arrival in the UK at the start of the academic year, we may be able to meet and greet you at the airport and help you face-to-face with your transfer to your accommodation (or branch campus).

Ahead of your journey to the UK, it is important that you complete and submit our Airport Arrival Form at your earliest convenience so that we have a record of your flight details and are able to provide you with information that will help with your transfer from the airport to your accommodation or branch campus.

In advance of your arrival in the UK, we are happy to help you pre-arrange a taxi transfer with a local, reputable company. Please note, payment for this service will need to be settled in full at least 5 working days in advance of your arrival in the UK to secure your booking with the transfer company.

Prices for this service will vary, but are likely to be within the range outlined below:

Route

Heathrow to London = £60
Gatwick to London = £85
Heathrow to Birmingham = £165
Gatwick to Birmingham = £229
