As a student at the Branch Campuses, you are automatically a member of the Students Activities Association (SAA). The purpose of the SAA and its voluntary student Ambassadors is to engage with students and assist the running of student-centred events across campus.
The Student Relations and Events team leads the SAA and is your point of call for student events and societies.
Among other things, the Officer runs Freshers and social events, hosts competitions, cultural events and activities.
The team also recruits SAA Ambassadors to help run events, work with various departments and represent the University. Ambassadors ensure that a range of activities run at each campus and that clubs and societies are supported.

You are encouraged to actively participate with the SAA. Please call in on campus, you don’t need a reason and there will always be someone to talk to about the activities you can take part in, or organise for your peers.
