UK and EU students

Apply directly - undergraduate and postgraduate degrees

Many students choose to apply directly to us for their course following the below steps. Our team will then be able to advise you if you need to submit a UCAS application.

  1. Download our application form
  2. Fully complete the application form including your current contact details
  3. Email your completed application to home.admissions@qa.com
  4. Remember to attach all of your supporting documents for your application to be assessed

You can apply to study one of our undergraduate degrees through UCAS. Before you start your application you’ll need the following codes:

Institution code for Ulster University: U20

London campus code: V

Birmingham campus code: U

International students

If you are an international student, you can apply directly to us for your chosen course, using the following steps:

  1. Download our application form
  2. Fully complete the application form including your current contact details
  3. Email your completed application to international.admissions@qa.com
  4. Remember to attach all of your supporting documents for our Admissions Team to assess your application

We recommend that you apply as early as possible to ensure that you have sufficient time to prepare for studying in the UK, make visa arrangements and arrive ahead of enrolment.

Supporting documents

For us to assess your application in a timely manner, it is important that you send us copies of:

  • Your passport personal details page
  • A personal statement (more than 250 words)
  • Previous qualifications, including final certificates and transcripts, translated in to English (if not in English)
  • English language qualifications if required
  • Your CV if required
  • Any previous UK visas, visa refusals and Home Office correspondence (international students only)
