The EU referendum held on 23 June 2016 resulted in a vote for the UK to leave the European Union. The UK government is now preparing to engage in a process of negotiating the terms of the UK’s exit from the European Union. Until such time as this process has been completed, the status of EU students studying and living in the UK will remain unchanged.
